A simple place, decent food quality.

The cafe is not bad. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is a bit expensive. The kitchen is good, the food is delicious. As I understand it, the signature dish is fresh fried carp. I haven't tried it though. The waiters are measuredly unhurried, + they also shortchanged you at first... :) I'll probably go in and try the fish...
